The Trust is managed by eleven trustees, all of whom must live in Stratford-upon-Avon
and be members of the Trust themselves.
5 trustees are nominated and elected by the membership
5 trustees are nominated by the Stratford-upon-Avon Town Council
1 trustee is co-opted to provide additional skills to the Board of Trustees
Trustees normally serve a four year term from appointment. The next election of trustees by the membership will be in 2006.
The work of the Board is divided between five committees – Audit, Civic Hall, Finance & Investment, General Management and Grants. There is also the Civic Hall Steering Group.
The trustees are supported by the Chief Executive and other officers of the Trust who handle day-to-day management.
