Trustees
The Board of trustees represents a considerable range of experience and expertise which is at the disposal of the Trust. The eleven trustees are assisted by two non-executive members, Bryan Riddleston and Martin Penny.

Jean Holder  Jean Holder, Chairman
Retired deputy head teacher and former District Councillor with experience of chairing management committees.

Rosemary Hyde  Rosemary Hyde, Deputy Chairman
Chartered accountant and former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, with experience of advising charitable foundations.

 Juliet Short
Fifth-generation Stratfordian, retired Deputy Head, local businesswoman, former Town Mayor and Chairman of Stratford District Council.

Carole Taylor  Carole Taylor
Native Stratfordian, PA to the managing director of a local firm, standard bearer for the Royal British Legion’s women’s section and actively involved in the local church and community.

Nick Woodward  Dr Nick Woodward

Retired partner in local GP practice and previous Chairman of the Warwickshire Local Medical Committee.


 John Lancaster

Chartered Accountant, Non Executive Director of an NHS Trust, and recently retired businessman.

 

Donna Barker  Councillor Donna Barker

Mother and grandmother, Town Councillor since 1998, and involved for 15 years organising

Meals on Wheels and working as a volunteer running Lunch Clubs.

 

Jenny Fradgely picture  Councillor Jenny Fradgley
Town Councillor since 2003, sitting on the General Purposes and Planning Committees. She taught at Stratford High School for 25 years and was Head of Sixth Form for 10 years.

Charles Michaelis

Charles has lived in the Stratford area for 20 years and is chief executive of a market research consultancy.

 

 Tim Wightman

Non-executive chairman of two listed companies with previous experience as chief executive. Involved in church and other local activities.

 

Paul Stanton

Paul has been a resident of the town for over 40 years, runs his own Design and Build company, and is Vice President of both Stratford Boat Club and Stratford Rugby Club.
