The Trust
is managed by eleven trustees, all of whom must live
in Stratford-upon-Avon and be members of the Trust themselves.
Trustees normally serve a four year term from appointment.
The next election of trustees by the membership will
be in 2010.

The work of the Board
of Trustees (except for matters reserved
for the Board) is divided between five
Committees
– Audit, Finance and Investment, General Management,
Grants and Property.
The trustees are supported by the Chief Executive and
other officers of the Trust who handle day-to-day management.
