We are looking for a Buildings and Facilities Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO and working alongside external partners you will be responsible for effective facilities management, ensuring that it is in line with our Strategic Plan. NEBOSH certified you will lead the organisation in an advisory capacity as the Competent Person in all matters relating to Health and Safety. The ability to work as part of a small team in a varied role is essential. Highly organised and dedicated, you will be commercially minded; possess an excellent attention to detail; outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working in the charity or voluntary sector is an advantage.
