We’re so proud of Rowley Fields Community Orchard and it’s great to see it thriving.
After this spell of very warm weather and following advice from The Heritage Fruit Tree Company, we need volunteers to help us knock any fruit from the trees as it is within the first two years of planting and also to remove any grasses from the base of the trees.
Please join us at the orchard this Thursday 22nd July at 6.30pm – we’d love to see you there. The Orchard is located on the footpath between Benson Road and Rowley Fields. Please bring your own gloves and hand tools, secateurs or a small garden fork will do.
