How do I book a room or hot desking space?

Please email/telephone one of the team to discuss your requirements. The return of the online completed Booking Form will secure your hire.

Can I book out of office hours/availability evenings & weekends?

Our normal office hours are 9am-4.30pm. Access outside these hours can be arranged.

Is the building accessible?

The community hub is on the ground floor and has no steps. There is a fully accessible toilet and two disabled parking spaces.

Do you have parking?

There are 18 parking spaces and 2 accessible parking spaces. You must display a parking permit available from reception on a first come, first serve basis.

Is there public transport nearby?

Buses run regularly to and from the town centre along Birmingham Road.

IT facilities?

There is free wi-fi available. We do have some cables available, but please bring your own if you can. We advise that you come in to test that the system works with your laptop prior to the day of hire

Refreshments - what’s provided, where can I get food?

we can provide refreshments for your meeting if requested in advance at £2.50 per person. Alternatively, you are welcome to be self-service and bring your own supplies. Our kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, mugs, etc.
