A free community event which aims to raise awareness of local support, reduce social isolation and encourage positive steps towards better health and wellbeing is taking place at the Crowne Plaza on 15th February 2026 from 10:00 – 14:00.
Feel Good Fest is being organised by South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, Stratford Town Trust and WCAVA and offers the opportunity to discover what help, opportunities and activities are available in our local community and give people the chance to connect with a wide range of organisations and groups who offer support for physical health, mental wellbeing, social connection and everyday life.
There will be fun taster sessions and workshops including fitness and movement, mental health support, music, family activities, social groups and volunteering, all in one uplifting day. Feel Good Fest has something for everyone!
Amy Upchurch from SWFT Volunteer & Community Wellbeing Services said: “We are excited to be working with partners across health, social care and the voluntary sector to enable us to care for our community in the right place, supporting them to live as well and independently as possible. Not only will this be a good day out but we hope to strengthen connections between residents and local services.”
Fran Nibbs, Community Hub Manager at Stratford Town Trust - “Feel Good Fest is a great opportunity for our community to come together and find ways to feel good! You can find out about a huge range of opportunities within Stratford to take notice, connect, learn, give, and be active.”
